New Report on Increasing Use of Digital Wildlife Data

Digital wildlife data is becoming increasingly important in transportation planning. CESTiCC Assistant Director Rob Ament and his team from the Western Transportation Institute along with their partners at the Center for Large Landscape Conservation, the Western Governors’ Association and the Federal Highway Administration recently published their report entitled Development of Sustainable Strategies Supporting Transportation Planning and Conservation Priorities. The two year research project identifies opportunities to use digital wildlife information in the transportation sector.
