Abstract

This webinar will explore the benefits of performance measurement in sustainable winter maintenance management, an overview of practical performance measures, and how to overcome common challenges associated with analyzing winter operations performance. In particular, it provides guidelines for selecting or creating indices to normalize the varying influence of weather and road service level expectation so you can make useful comparisons over time or between different maintenance facilities. Finally, it describes some ways to make performance data more accessible and easier to understand.
