Welcome to the Department of Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineering and computer engineering are two of the most exciting and dynamic professions within the engineering field. Electrical and computer engineers design and build everything from computers and communication satellites to medical instrumentation and electric power systems. UAF graduates in these fields are highly regarded by employers and typically choose from several job offers upon graduation. Electrical and Computer Engineering degrees are offered at the bachelor's and master's levels. The engineering Ph.D. is also offered in Electrical Engineeering.
